Question How can I translate a mod?

Hi I'm new to this site <3 I hope to find a healthy and friendly community on it, as it has been very helpful when I have questions to answer or to find mod updates.

Leaving that aside I have a curiosity regarding how I can get to translate mods to another language of course with the permission of the author of that mod as I want to start translating mods that are not in my native language if someone wants to get to play them in the same language is not an impediment if someone could help me with a basic guide please I would appreciate it, what happens is that in the wiki of stardew valley there is information on how to make a translation but the truth I did not understand even a little bit. ​

Hi! Apologies for the late reply to this thread, I assume you are referring to the https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Modding:Translations page on the wiki. Is there a specific mod you were looking to work on a translation for first? It may be easier to help with a specific example.
