Stardew Valley Expanded through Vortex

I have downloaded SDVE and SMAPI to Vortex, it shows that both Mods are active, but when I open Stardew Valley through my desktop nothing new shows up, in a new world or on the main screen.

Might be very basic, but you need to use SMAPI.exe (StardewModdingAPI.exe) otherwise the game will start vanilla (without mods).

I tried starting it through Vortex (I'm dumb and found out you can start it in the top left), and a bunch of code starting popping up and it said "starting with mods" but still nothing changed...
