It sounds a bit like you're experiencing issues with PyTK and TMXL. I'm not entirely certain if this applies to the mods you are using, but it sounds similar to the issue I was experiencing with SVE. The issue originates from the versions of PyTK and TMXL that you are using. They are both outdated and have unofficial versions here (PyTK) and here (TMXL). It looks like the issue with the Zuzu mod is that you still need to install BusLocations, which it requires: https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/2905

Well, it would be best to start by adding the required mods for the mods you wish to use. I would start by installing Daisy Niko's Tilesheets, Lumisteria Tilesheets - Indoor, BusLocations, Producer Framework Mod, Train Station, and More Grass.
