Forest Farm Year 6 End of Summer, Farm Progress

Hi, I'm new to the forum and thought I would show off my progress on my farm, I've been attempting to make money from almost all aspects of the farm.
I've been currently sorting out many of my areas and building lots of sheds.

Although I'm not sure what do with most of the empty areas.

For empty areas a couple of fish ponds would work I think. I like putting legendaries in them for the colours&high selling aged roe. Also tea saplings, they don`t do much at that point im the game, but do look nice and fill up the space well.
Will there be mushroom logs in the botom right? I`d definetily place a lot there.

Mushroom logs? Of course, I mean I'll try without making it cramped. I already have a lot of them in my mushroom cave

I always place them between the trees with tappers so they get boosted from them + its easy to collect

Looks great so far, I'd recommend some fish ponds to fill dead space, they're fairly productive, get built quick, and cover a decent area without visually obstructing anything (like how tall buildings can).

It's also just fun to mix and match their colour (some fish change the water colour from blue to all sorts of greens/yellows/reds/pinks/etc.)
