Question Year 2+ events in year 1 mod?

I was wondering if someone could make this. Id like to have events like having kent or the trash bear in year 1. Cant remember anything else right now.

This is probably what you are seeking, but "Random start day" with default options may cause the 2nd year start early (as it starts the next spring).
