Mac XBox Controller won't work with game

I've connected the controller to my MacBook (macOS Ventura 13.4), but when I open SDV it does nothing. How do I get it to work? I just want to play my favourite game on my birthday I found an old thread about replacing the libSDL2.dylib file and it did nothing.

I'm also having this issue. I could get it to work by replacing the SDL2 file, but then the game starts to crash randomly.

My Xbox controller can now be operated like a mouse, but once I enter the game, it cannot be operated. Why ：哭：
