I played the game personally and maxed it out. I played on Xbox one (game pass ultimate, I know that there is no cross play) recently I wanted to play with 2 friends who never played using my Xbox app on my laptop, the game runs great, I even played with some mods before.
One of them is playing on pc using steam, the other uses the Xbox app as well on game pass. It work for both of them being the host for each other, but when I try to join their worlds it says connection failed, and when I try to host it says connection failed on their game. Again, is works when they try to host each other.
I tried every possible solution I found, including some cmd commands, going over my Xbox privacy and online security settings, and even shutting down my firewall to see if that’s the problem, nothing works.
It isn’t a problem between the Xbox app and steam because it works for both of my friends just fine as i mentioned above.
I would appreciate every possible solution or help, thanks in advance!
