I’ve never really followed soccer (or any major sports for that matter lol) very closely, but whoever wins the world cup, let it be known that I was rooting for them the entire time :)

Not fatigued, exactly, but noticing the things I’m not doing because I’m watching Telemundo’s highlights on YouTube. OTOH looking at the news is a lot more fun when I’m just clicking through to the World Cup section.

Brazil 1 Norway 2 - Haaland is just a freak of nature
Mexico 2 England 3 - Easy top 5 world cup match in my lifetime
Spain 1 Portugal 0 - Spain flatter than expected but Ronaldo bows out of international competition (unless...surely not?)

USA 1 Belgium 4 - justice after the Balogan red card scandal? The Belgian third and fourth were a US defensive horrorshow.
Argentina 3 Egypt 2 - 2-0 down with 11 minutes to play, Argentina flicked a switch and blitzed Egypt. Absolute scenes.

Spain v Belgium

Argentina v Switzerland

France 2 Morocco 0 - Mbappe scores again, and also misses a penalty, as France ease past a strangely subdued Morocco side to book their place in the semi-finals.
