Linux won't load

I just got the error message of 'no usable version of libssl was found' from my terminal when I tried to play SV. Wth even is libssl? I uninstalled all of my mods, and the same thing happened. I haven't played in a couple months, so it could be a new update either on my computer or the game. Any idea what's going on?

The long and short of it is: libssl 1.x is deprecated, the latest Linux distros don't pack it (Ubuntu 22.04+ doesn't, for example), but Stardew which runs NET 5.0 which still uses it. This will be fixed in Stardew 1.6.
