This is my first time posting one of these, so I apologize if I'm putting this in the wrong place.
So, I've recently finished the collection for Professor Snail and answered the questions required. I have an Ostrich egg ready to go and built a barn, and I have honestly been really looking forward to the Incubator.
Unfortunately, I'm not getting the cutscene OR the recipe. First time it happened I got out without saving and went back in like an hour later and still nothing. When I go to talk to him, the only options are "donate" and "hint". I know it's silly to be upset over this, but I was genuinely really looking forward to Ostrich's on my farm, and I'm not sure if this can be fixed?
I haven't saved anything again, just in case, but I'm starting to worry there might be something with my save.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I worked all day to get to this point and I'm genuinely really disappointed right now lol
