Wizard Apprentice

Am I the only one who thought that I could change profession as a wizard's apprentice at the sewers?
I don't have 10,000g at that time so I didn't see what professions I could change to. And I thought of increasing my friendship with the wizard.

But I was wrong. I wanted to be a wizard apprentice and go to the mines with my power. Maybe I'll have a chance to tame monsters from the mines and make them the guardians of my farm.
