Windows Winter Foraging Bundle Reward Single Item Quantity Glitch

My daughter and I were playing a Co-op game using the Meadowlands Farm, and my daughter discovered a glitch.

My daughter accidentally clicked the reward for the Craft Room - Winter Foraging Bundle in the Community Centre, collecting 1, instead of all 30 seeds.
We returned to the Craft Room Bundles screen, but were unable to re-enter the Bundle Reward to collect remaining quantities of the Winter Seeds.
Reward wasn't in the Lost and Found Box either.
We thought the reward selection would force the player to take all quantities of an item, instead of just 1.

Playing Multiplayer (3 Person PC to PC Co-op - only 2 people playing at the time)

Stardew Valley Version Number v1.6.15 build 24356, Language: English
Windows 10 (10.0.19045 Build 19045) running on Dell Latitude E5550
Using Keyboard and Mouse on both systems to play

In the community center, there is a Junimo hut. Unless it was the last bundle completed, you should be able to find any unclaimed rewards there.

The game that keeps on giving.

Still weird how we could select 1 of an item, like from a chest, but I'm glad there is a way to get them back without reloading the day.
