Windows Windowed mode resizing bugged with multiple monitors

If you run the game in windowed mode and manually resize it across multiple monitors, the game moves its window so that the top-left corner is in the rightmost monitor. The issue with this is that in multi-monitor setups, most of the game window ends up off-screen.

Hi, just wondering if you ever managed to fix this? I get the exact same issue when trying it on my dual monitor set-up.
