Will my pigs find truffles with wood flooring?

Okay i have a question I’m a new player even tho my save is at 3 years atm I got animals pretty late around 2nd year I’m playing pretty chill and slow and just wanted to ask If i have a wood flooring (from Robin’s recipe) outside my barns with pigs will they still find truffles or the wood flooring is keeping them from doing that

I believe flooring will prevent them from digging up truffles unfortunately. I usually work around that by giving them a very large pen with narrow pathing from the gates to the barn doors so they can find maximum truffles and I can still walk slightly faster to do the chores. :)

They can't try and dig up truffles up on flooring but they can appear on flooring if the tile the pig is digging up the truffle on is blocked and it gets bumped onto a tile with flooring on it
