Wiki has been vandalized

Just wanted to mention for the future that aside from ConcernedApe, none of us forum staff are admins on the wiki. So while we can get in touch with admins there and it doesn't hurt to share issues here, in part because others will likely also visit the forums about a wiki issue, the best place to report an issue with the wiki is on the wiki's admin noticeboard: https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Stardew_Valley_Wiki:Admin_noticeboard. That way you're reporting it to the wiki admins directly.

Obviously if the wiki was down or having issues loading then that would have to be reported here.
