I have mixed feelings about Penny sitting on this bridge. It is indeed very cute and contribute to making Pelican Town feeling alive and I like it.
However, when she's sitting like that, you can't talk to her on mobile (this does not happen on PC as far as I know) and I got frustrated several times by not being able to have a daily talk with Penny when I met her that way.
