Which foods to store in case of Help Wanted quest?

Which foods should we be storing per season in the case of random (or not so random) Help Wanted quests?

The help wanted quests always ask for something in season. The only issue is that if they ask for a food item, you may not be able to grow that food in the time you have. I usually just skip those. You don't need to complete them all, and you'll get another one in 2 days anyway.

It’s a good idea to generally store one or two of each fish and veggie you grow. Maybe it’ll come in handy for cooking later.
