Where and when does the cutscene play?

Latest patch notes, mentioned that the racoon family gets a small, special cutscene, if you do all the packages (the first 8?).

I completed their orders, yet i didn't notice anything. What exactly is displayed? Can i see it anywhere (is there a video on Youtube, or something)?

If it's the first cutscene I've had (might be after the first 8 gifts, I didn't count), then it plays out like any cutscene: you come down into the forest and it starts. It's but music and a cute dance of the raccoons. Afterwards the raccoons' wishes continue.
