Question When I try to delete a mod it shows that I need permission to delete the file. It happens every time I check the PNG files in the mod asset folder

So when I checked the.png files in my assets folder and when I tried to delete the file, it always showed that I needed permission to delete it. I don't know why this is happening. I already tried to fix it, but nothing happened. It's still appearing every time I try to delete a mod that I opened the.png files. I don't know how to fix it.
