When 1.5 for mobile?

I want to create a new beach farm on my iPad because in the real life, I very love the beaches. But unfortunately, the update that contains the new beach farm hasn’t been released yet, so I‘m asking myself, when update 1.5 for iOS and Android will be released. Does someone know here when the update will be released?
