Pay off the mortgage, buy a second home in another country. Gift my parents whatever they need (they're both retired and have most of what they need). Set a college fund up for daughter (I'm not going to be around forever, and I presume when I go, the money goes with me).
That's the sensible out of the way, now for the frivolous - full set of bespoke tailored outfits, top of the line gaming pc, console collection in my man den (this will have to be in the second house). Everything on my secret santa wishlist that I'm not going to get. Find out what it would take for Venky's to sell Blackburn Rovers. Buy Blackburn Rovers.
Fantastical but doable - pour billions into the NHS. The biggest single investment in its lifetime, on the proviso that the money is spent in the right areas. What good is infinte money if you can't do what you want? Pay off the country's national debt and settle any current deficits. Make public transport cheaper, I'm thinking free bus rides and cheap train journeys.

Yeah but tbh you won't be helping the poor kids. Most kids in third world countries and what not the kind that really need help can't even dream of going to Oxford. I know for a fact most kids in my country don't know what that is unless there of good status.

You're conflating two seperate issues here:
The purpose of universities is/should be to take our best and brightest, regardless of social class and prior opportunities, and give them every chance to excel in their chosen sphere.
It doesn't equate to the struggles of kids in developing countries where life is uncertain and often dangerous.
But this is infinite money we're talking about. How about the equivlent of 10 Bill Gates foundations in every country that needs it? And the graduates from the universities can provide the expertise.

generally, you can purchase stuff off the market, like for the PC, like pay companies to specifically make like one CPU that's AMAZING, instead of just getting one from the market, work with Nintendo to make a better switch, but still compatible with all the games, just saying...
also, castles don't always have the best features, probably better to have a massive mansion built, as it would probably have electricity, running water, etc, not just the best stuff from 1000 to 3000 years ago
