I just put everything into preserve jars until I'm level 8 farming and able to reach the kegs, lol.

What are you people putting in food processing machinery??My personal recommendations for new players of this wonderful game:
Do not putCoffee Bean in a Keg
Do not putSpring Onions in a Jar (use for Energy!)
Do not putRed Mushrooms in either, they don't fit!
Do not put Grandpa in a Keg
Do not put Krobus in an Incubator, he is not a Void Egg
Do not put Fizz in a Seed Maker, he is mostly likely not Qi Fruit and the best you'll get is Mixed Seeds
Do not put The Henchman in a Jar, he is only 36% Artichoke and is pre-Pickled
Do not put The Legend in a Keg with Emily, this will not make a mermaid
Do not put Mr. Qi in a Bait Maker, you will not get Ice Pip bait. Nor will it undo the creation of Mr. Qi in the first place.
Do not put Rasmodius in the Cheese Press, it is not a bi-directional machine

I used to just see it as a game and not really try to move on so much as do the most addictive things in the game but now I am focused on achieving perfection.

I should add, I did write that guide a while back, but it does make it very clear how you pick what to keg and what to jar, specifically for vegetables. There are other machine options now, of course... but I've been a bad farmer and haven't played in a while. I'll have to make a V2 of that guide that includes the newer processing equipment at some point.

It might sound weird but i preserve or put in the keg things i like in real life as well, for example hot pepper goes in a preserve Jar or Carrots go in the keg, others like most fruits go in both because i think both Jam or Wine are delicious, and it might sound weird but although i dont get fixated too much on it, but whenever possible i rather sell vegetables and fruits i like the least and eat those i like better, except if the profit benefit is too great, like Cheese for example, i love cheese but is good money.

Yeah, although if i remember correctly the game only shows it as Apple Wine. Would it be cool to add up other beverages and items, i would love to make Hot sauce instead of "Hot pepper wine"

You might be right, that could work. I was just considering if you can do Juice on kegs you might just do sauce.
