What if the Well gave a 'Cool, Clear Water' buff?

Aesthetically the Well is lovely, but practically speaking it's rarely worth it. Most people would much prefer to get sprinklers or just plant their crops near a water supply.

Why not give the Well some sort of buff, to make it a little bit more tantalizing? I'm thinking that the player can drink from it and get a small max energy buff, and watering cans maybe also get a small buff to their capacity when filled from a well. That'd be cool! Badum-tish.

Really, thinking it over, the watering can gets so left behind so fast by sprinklers, you could buff it pretty significantly without any problems at all. On the beach farm, for example, I lose 3 hours a day watering an 18x18 grid of pumpkins with a gold watering can!

What'd be really nice is if time slowed a bit when charging the watering can.
