1.6 Update What happened in your game today?

Oh wow! Year 14! Did you regularly check the trash cans?
I got the trash hat pretty often but I frequently check the trash bins. Like nearly every day during first spring/summer: Then until I'm really rich and have loads of everything nearly every time they cross my way and on good luck days (If I don't spend the whole day on a mining run/fishing far away of course) After that only when I really feel like it (f.e. the one next to Gus pretty often makes me get down from my horse ^^ And if I do stuff at Clints/Museum it's really hard for me not to check those XD )

Year 14.. My oldest file is on year 4 and it was my first one. Did you sleep a lot or play the days through? Can't imagine year 14. (The file I'm the furthest/richest on is Spring year 3 now ^^)
I slept a LOT and I have 262+ hours on this save, and I checked trash cans whenever I saw one. I got it from JOJA! Or what is now my movie theater

I met nuclear bomb no.2, Leo and gave birdie the locket, I cry over Leo when I died in the volcan the cut sc is too cute and I donated my first bone to the snail guy✌

Any luck or crazy runs? Do you like to play Calico Jack or do you gamble on the machines?

Do you buy the warp totems to use them or for selling? cos I believe the fences offer better revenue?
I play on the machines, and so far not too much luck. I buy the totems to use them.

Got a Rabbits Foot on sale at the travelling merchant On Fr Spring 5, Year one, for 2260g

Now I am gonna need it for cc.. And it would spare me so much work and investments and waiting around

It's so expensive! could I afford it? Probably, but I planned to use that money for other stuff....

Arrrgh I was really hoping not to find anything useful in that cart XD XD XD

Rasmodius' ex dumped an egg from one of her unloved void chickens in my coop. So I fried it up and gave it to Rasmodius.

Also, after seven years without a bone flute, I got two from two consecutive artifact troves. Finally completed the museum collection.

I didn't plan this as a perfection save, but the only thing left to chance is Pepper Rexes? Peppers Rex? Piperi Rexi?

Wow that’s a ton of money for Friday Spring 1! Did you forage a lot or make that solely from the parsnips?

Best bet for the Rex’s is go on luckiest day, eat luck buff food, carry as many staircases as you can and just hope you hit a floor full of them. Use monster musk if you have the recipe so if there are a floor of them there will be more of them. Fingers crossed.

In my Stardew Expanded game, I came into the Casino for the very first time on this save. I had the best possible luck that day so once I put down 1000g to buy my initial 100 Qi Coins and arrived at the Slot Machine area, I chomped down on some Magic Rock Candy (+5 Luck), gulped down an Aged Blue Moon Wine (+7 Luck), and made sure that I was wearing my Lucky Ring (+1 Luck) before deciding to play the Slots until I won absolutely nothing on any spin. Little did I know that I would end up playing like a "gambling addict" for around 30 minutes! Here's what happened:

In between these, I had several instances where I had hit the triple Parsnips 3 times in a row. Also, in some 30 minutes of spinning using the Maximum bet, I had never spun a single combo that failed to pay out something -- when I wasn't hitting Triples, at least 1 Cherry had always managed to show up; only the Triple Cherries were quite elusive! I chose to call it quits after that last Screenshot as I had definitely possessed enough Qi Coins to purchase that Rarecrow #3 so that I might get that final crafting recipe for the Deluxe Scarecrow!:proud:

What do you plan to do with all those qi coins?

What do you plan to do with all those qi coins?
Well, I definitely bought the Rarecrow at the Casino. I guess that I won't really be doing anything more with them other than buying accessories and other decorations that I can only get at this Casino and souping up my Farmhouse with them.

And yes, I know about that exploit which involves buying lots of hardwood fences from the Casino and then selling them in the Shipping Bin for some fast cash.

I just wanted to see what it felt like to consistently win at the Slot Machines instead of the other way around!

I finally bought the Gold Clock! So happy haha, although I had hoped to get it before Spring, because damn the weeds did some damage on Spring 1.

Congrats! That takes some very hard work and dedication! I would definitely back up that game before the update just in case. That is a rare accomplishment for most players. I’m too chill to get the clock most games. It is nice for GI especially. Not to have those weeds there too.

So, what's next? I have a perfection save that I don't know where to go with, so that's something I struggle with.
Well, I haven't gotten the Polyculture Achievement in my game yet so there's that. However, that will likely happen on the very next game day.

Also, it will take another 2 game days before my first Golden Chicken will hatch.
