So what quest are we talking about here because I finished the Qi challenge, the Mysterious Qi, Secret Note 10 where I need to reach level 100, and the Danger in The Deep Quest. But for some odd reason, the button doesn't seem to work and it still only shows the question mark. Any tips?

Skull Cavern Invasion, same source as the Danger in the Deep but different quest. After completing it for the first time the button can be used to toggle on / off just like the mines can be toggled after Danger in the Deep.

Yeah like everyone else said it’s a toggle. But BEWARE unless you have max combat skills, health, tons of high health/energy rich food, slime enchanter ring and most of all 2 galaxy swords or better, enchanted at forge with one with bug killer cause there are hundreds of those armored things that get in your way of killing all else and one with crusader for the mummy levels again can be dozens at a time.
