What do you do during Winter?

I'm sure it depends on your current save. During this current save of mine, I have the Greenhouse, the Desert, and the Quarry unlocked. I'm at level 10 for everything except for combat, which is at level 9. So I've been going to regular mines or Skull Cavern pretty much every day.

I also fished up the Winter fish. I had the Night Market show up, and bought any crops I needed to get grown for the shipping bin.

I'm trying to befriend people during Winter. I also have the Sewers unlocked, Coop and Barn animals. Although, I do need to buy Rabbits and Pigs.

I plan on upgrading my house and tools. During Spring/Summer/Fall I mostly focus on my Pickaxe/Axe, so I want to focus on my other tools.

I was just curious what you guys (usually) did during winter. But again, I'm sure it depends on where you are. at your current save.

It depends on the day, but I probably spent some time collecting stone for buildings and fishing. I might've had some winter forage seeds I was taking care of, too

It definitely depends how far I am into the game, but usually the following:
Mine and Caves
Fish
Change Farm Layout
Change House Layout
Squid Fest
Night Market
GI
Socialize

This is the same list as what I came here to write. I typically refuse to farm powdermelon beyond the shipping goals because I want Winter to include as little farming as possible. My little farmer needs that break!

Totally agree, that's pretty much the same with me. Upgrading, mining, decorating... Fishing depends.

I'm in the late game. What I do now:
Grow powdermelon, wild seeds and fiber seeds as needed. Don't want to just let those seeds pile up, and I don't like having a bunch of base quality winter roots and snow yams, but also don't want to just let artifact spots and seed spots be, so...
Tend to the processing machines in the sheds.
Take care of the animals and process their produce.
Ginger Island farming/processing.
Skull Cavern runs.
Build/craft more stuff, including gathering the materials for it.
Sub-marine fishing trips during the Night Market.
