My least favorite is Riverlands.
Then right after, wilderness.
Hilltop and 4 corners, follow.

If i have to pick one, though, then Riverlands and that's that! No no no no no, please not Riverlands!

Favorites are: Meadowlands!
Second: Standard!
Then simply okay for me: Beach and Forest

I don’t see the hate on hilltop, it nicely splits sections out for a cooler feel. I get that buildings are not too easy to place there, but it’s really cool to see what people do with it.

Hilltop. I haven't played Riverlands because I'm pretty sure I won't like it but won't vote for it as I simply haven't tried it yet.

But yeah Hilltop, spent 2 years there and married Abby. But even the greatness of Abby being there couldn't save the annoying maze that Hilltop is so I edited my Farm save and completely screwed up my save file. But Abby lost her patience after a while and wasn't having any of that. She told me to fix it in no uncertain terms so I re-edited my save back to Hilltop and then did it right.

Now we live in a pleasant Standard slimy farm which may or may not have been decorated by my wife:

We randomly picked Riverland as our first farm because it "looked cute" having no idea about its spatial limitations, but the way we look at it is that there's less to worry about when it comes to decorating lol

While I don't have any farms I actually dislike, the only farm I couldn't see myself using is the beach farm, since I don't want too much space to decorate, and I'd feel limited with only one feasible place to put my crops, which just don't balance out the unique qualities of the farm for me.

I picked Four Corners as it is simply too big for a singleplayer game. Another non-favourite is wilderness. Having to battle when you are up late is just a nuisance. I also rarely pick standard, but it is just meh.

Yes I role-play all games, even ones like Rocket League or Fortnite. Keeps the brain from getting bored. So in this save I'm married to Abigail and there's no way she'd let me design a farm layout without adding in her preferences in no uncertain terms. Resulting in a slime theme and a particular color palette 'chosen' by my Amethyst Wife. :abigail:
