No way to prove this after the fact because I only took a screenshot of the last one. Somehow I got a prismatic shard from THREE CONSECUTIVE treasure rooms in skull cavern 
Looking at the wiki, the chance for a prismatic shard there is 3.6%. Three in a row is therefore 0.036 x 0.036 x 0.036 = 0.000047. Or 0.0047%. Not high!
Ofc there were other treasure rooms before and later that gave me other rewards, but three in a row like that is totally bonkers!
Hopefully Penny excuses me, cause it was her birthday, and I just teleported out of the living room and never came back until Linus carried me into bed during the night
