I play mostly from the couch via steam link, with a Nintendo switch pro controller connected wirelessly.
It always worked perfectly, until the latest update, when suddenly the controller didn’t work in game (but still work with steam link)… playing with the controller mode (auto detect, always on, always off) didn’t help.
After a lot of tinkering I realized that the reason is that steam detects both the controller and the Apple TV remote as controllers, and for some reason Stardew decides that player one (the only player, as I’m not playing coop) will use the “Apple tv remote controller” as input…
so at the moment what happens is, I start steam, everying works, I enter Stardew, and suddenly I can only play with the Apple TV remote.
now, playing with a remote is not exactly ideal so… is there a way to decide which controller to use?
