Wedding attire

I have a suggestion, men and women both can go to Emily to get special wedding attire for their special day. Choose from already designed gowns and suits used by NPCs. With one minor change, you can choose any color of your gown or suit. So, if you marry Sebastian, you can wear a black dress, so forth. Veils and top hats can be purchased at the little rats house south of the farm. This would eliminate wearing farm clothing in your wedding day. Same should go for the spring festival, where other clothing options are available to you. I think this would make a more personalized touch for the players.

I wish you told me that earlier! On my wedding day I looked like a tramp on marrying Alex.

I don't think I've ever dressed up for a wedding on SDV. I suppose I might actually give it a go if I was playing with someone. Especially if we were deciding to marry each other, I suppose I could give it another go and actually sort out the wardrobe properly, but I might need someone's help *coughlewcough* because I know next to nothing of stardew fashion.

You too? Ok... The first time I played I chose him as my husband, but I had no idea I had to make my own dress. Alex looked gorgeous in his black suit and I was ashamed of my farm girl. At least the outfit was the gold shirt and farm girl pants. But I wish I had known I had to make my own wedding dress. It's something I miss in the game. No one talks to you about it. They talk about the "bouquet" and the "mermaid pendant," but they never mention anything about the clothes? That's a bit of a "flaw" in my opinion.

Someone like Emily, who is in the tailoring business and who, by the way, gives you the sewing machine as a gift, should send a letter to the farmer when you ask someone to marry you and she informs you of it, I guess. That would be a nice touch.
