Android Wallpaper bug

I can't place a wallpaper on my lower rooms because the green squares are not placed correctly. Even if I tap my kitchen walls. I'm using sdv android version 1.16.14.3. This is my third house upgrade. No cellar yet.

This bug was there prior to this latest version, I thought the bug will disappear after updating.

I've found that getting lower/southern room additions lets me place wallpaper in the 2 rooms you're talking about. For some reason though, the southernmost rooms are always bugged.
