Xbox Volcano cave loop bug

Hi, currently experiencing an issue when playing local co-op where by the second player is unable to progress through the volcano cave on ginger island. It loops the first area several times before reaching a zone containing blue larva that isn't crossable. I can see it's overlapping the dwarf area of the cave where you buy items.

I've noticed that if player 1 first progresses through the cave, the levels load fine for the second player. The same looping issue occurs if you skip to the forge room as the second player and work backwards through the cave.

Blue larvae or lava?? Either way that’s weird. If you can replicate it could you send a screenshot or a video? (for Xbox you can also send a link to the video or shot using the app)
