Vintage wine/cheese

How epic would it be if once you made wine or cheese, it would increase in value each season/year thereafter.
You could even have a vintage cellar to store all your stuff!

I'll assume you mean in addition to the perhaps too-short range ageing that's already built in to the game? Actually this would be a great mod, with another room in the Cellar for that longer-term stock.

And the best thing would be forgetting about it and coming back 5 years later to some super-artisanal quality stuff waiting in there! Y'know, for those people who might forget that kind of thing, which is totally not me...
