Switch v1.6.15 build 11 blue grass starter glitch

So I was trying to make the blue grass starter and when I went to craft it, it used up my energy tonic item and my horse flute. I also found that it would use up a regular grass starter if I tried to craft the blue grass starter with one in my inventory

Think the use of the horse flute happened to me as well, but I only realized it much later and the game was saved :( I could make only one blue grass starter, and my flute disappeared. I looked in all chests and barns and nothing… and I play with the switch as well.
