As it stands Return Scepter is a nice quality of life tool but a bit expensive for it's effect, which is similar to farm warp totems (and you can get 20 of those per day for pretty much free once you have unlocked Casino). I don't think it would be too game breaking to add an upgrade to it that allows you to teleport to any of the warp totem locations. Could possibly limit it to something that can only be obtained once you have unlocked the Walnut Room + costs extra money to upgrade? While something similar can be done by using the return scepter/farm warp totems and having obelisks right in front of your farmhouse/warp totem spot not everybody would want to do that because it doesn't fit in with their farm design or any other reason. I'm sure it's possible to add this in a balanced way while also being another layer of quality of life for people who spend a lot of time on a save this late into progression.
