Underrated parts about Stardew Valley?

Confused

Farmer
Is there anything about Stardew that you think is underrated?

Like a certain crop? Or game strategy? Or an underrated NPC? Any weapons or clothing pieces that you think are underrated? Literally anything.

I think the windy spring and fall days of Stardew Valley are underrated. They're so beautiful I could cry. And when the game music starts playing? And it's windy with petals or leaves flying everywhere?? Cinema. ;-; :leaf:

Rancher
Hmmm well the very first thing that popped into my mind was having Auto-Hook as my Enchantment on my fishing rod.

I believe it really helped optimize my Quest For 1500 Golden Animal Crackers, and I don't remember reading anywhere that it was good, I just kinda found out by myself

believe it or not, my favorite 1.6 change might be being able to make our own vinegar now. It's such a little thing but it didn't sit well with me that it was the only one of the cooking components you didn't have a way to produce yourself.

slightly behind that is Jodi now being full of gossipy commentary on just about everything your farmer does to affect the game world, like a proper Villager NPC any RPG would be proud of. She might be the villager most improved by the update.
