Windows Uncollected quest rewards on deleted farmhands permanently remove quests from special orders/qi quest boards

If a farmhand is online when a quest is collected, but never collects the reward, and is subsequently deleted, that quest is still considered open and therefore never re-enters the pool when quests are spawned.
