Unapproved merch

I wasn't sure how else to communicate this to concerned ape, so I kind of defaulted forums since it's stardew related anyway. Saw this ad on Instagram for a mermaid pendant that I don't know is properly licensed. They use game footage and literally call it stardew valley mermaids pendant necklace. So their name dropping to get sales for their product utilizing yours. Thought you might want to know.

Figured this might be the best way to do an updated. Using the contact info that NextXander posted I informed the company. The head of operations and biz dev reached out to me and said he was investigating. So wether it's approved or not the situation will be addressed. Thanks to all who replied!

I feel like this could be licensed, purely because they have a professional setup on the website. BUT that could be a scam. I say email CA, ask him if he licensed anything for that company/brand/shop and he said he did, don't worry about it and who knows? You might buy it. If CA said he didn't, report them or email them directly to say they are ripping off customers with unlicensed merch.
