Unable to Identify Trash Bear Request

Hi,

I am unable to identify the following dish request (see image).

My game is heavily modded (over 50 mods including expanded, Ridgeside, immersive farm 2 etc.), I am not sure if the request is altered in one of the mods.

If someone has a clue, that would be great!

This does not look like any of the regular/official meals... This could be due to one of the mods you might be using because the drawing angle does not match the one of the other meals.

I did some digging and it seems that the Ridgeside mod changes this, the recipe is called 'Honey Glazed Salad', see:

Recipes and can be purchased from Pika's, the Pastry Shop, or even villagers around Ridgeside Village after achieving certain heart levels.
