Unable to get weeds on Ginger Island farm?

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to get weeds on my ginger island farm in order to farm for the reset for the living hat. I have perfection, but my clock is turned off. Is there any key to getting weeds to spawn? I didn't get any even on the turn of the season.

That is strange. Are we speaking of the same farm: the one on Ginger Island western part, where Gourmand Frog and Birdie live? Did you have the farm repaired by the parrots?

There should be many wild weeds spawning there on empty tillable tiles on regular basis, especially at season change.
