Windows Unable to construct farm buildings from Marnie

Whenever I go to Marnie's, the option to "construct farm buildings" is not available. I've made sure she isn't building anything for me and that it isn't a holiday, but it still doesn't show up

Marnie doesn’t construct buildings, Robin does. I’m assuming you’re in the right location and just mixed up the name.

are you in multiplayer and if so, are you the host?
has she built anything for you before this happened?
Have you ever used mods?
can you take a screenshot of her menu?
