I can't seem to consistently make the bobber bar fall with the exact same mount of speed every time, but after doing lots of runs over time I saw a somewhat clear pattern.
One lead bobber will dampen the bounce to practically nothing most of the time (practically can't see the bounce) while with two lead bobbers, you do see a tiny amount of bounce every time.

Upon inspection, the relevant code seems to be BobberBar.cs, when the bar bounces up,
This means that with 1 lead bobber, the speed is dampened by 10% while with two lead bobbers, the speed is dampened by 20%, instead of less than 10%.
