Issue Trouble adding new mods

I recently modded Stardew Valley before taking a break from the game. When I returned, I wanted to add a few new mods to my gameplay. However, they will not load for some reason. I've deleted and redownloaded the mods multiple times, experimented with how my folders were set up, etc., but they still won't load. All of my old mods load fine, even ones I went out of my way to delete the files for. I did everything the same as last time. Yet nothing new is loading aside from one singular new mod out of roughly 6-8. The 18 old mods (as aforementioned, some of which I deleted) are still loading in Stardew/SMAPI, but nothing else is. SMAPI is even saying I haven't updated content patcher when I updated them both at the same time. Can anyone give me any clue as to what is going on and what I need to do to fix it? I tried looking it up, but found nothing.

PS, this was my second time ever modding anything, so I'm still a little new and therefore, unable to pinpoint what it is I've done wrong or what I should be looking for.

What are you playing on? iOS, Windows, Linux, something else?
Did you try looking on your harddrive for the deleted mod name to see wether there is a second copy of the game, which you're accidentally using?

If there are any errors in the smapi log, can we also see those? Actually, just in case, send the log even if there aren't any errors.

Just as refrence, mod folders go in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Mods folder. You probally already tried this, but just in case.

If there are errors, it might be that the mod in question is incompatible with the verison of stardew valley, or as bansaighdear said, your platform (iOS, Windows, ect)

Plus you might need another mod framework or something. I know SpaceCore exists, there might be more.
