PlayStation Trophy bug reminder for devs

Please don't forget to fix the broken trophies! "A Distant Shore" (reach ginger island) and "Danger in the Deep" (reach the bottom of the 'dangerous' mines) are erroneously swapped. Fulfilling one condition unlocks the other. Looking forward to a patch for all these issues. Hope y'all are making progress ^_^

So I am having issues getting A Distant Shore trophy on Playstation.

I have finished Qi's quest for the dangerous mines. I made it all the way down to floor 120 and trophy did not pop.

I've also tried turning the shrine off going to sleep and go back to floor 120 of the mines the next day and still nothing.
Since then I have done the dangerous mines quest again but still nothing. Travelling to island also does not unlock the trophy so it seems that after the latest patch reaching floor 120 on dangerous mines no longer gives Distant Shore trophy.

Yes, they seem to have fixed the issue with the trophy being swapped. Unfortunately for those who have already reached ginger island and the bottom of the dangerous mines, that means those trophies will have to be claimed with an entirely new playthrough, I assume. It doesn't seem that they're retroactive

I started playing Stardew again before this latest patch dropped and I did get Danger in the Deep trophy when I travelled to the Ginger Island.

Ah, so what's happening is the trophy swap has been fixed, and you already have the mines trophy. And since you're already on ginger island, I guess the game doesn't recognize that you fulfilled that condition retroactively so the island trophy is unobtainable in your current save file. That would be my guess

Sounds like that's what's happening. I'll probably have to finish it up once it gets updated.

Yeah that sums it up really well. I tried everything to get the distant shore trophy. Can someone confirm if playing before ginger island solves the problem.
I have a backup save from before finishing the community center.
I'm wondering if it will work or if I have to do a whole new playthrough

A temporary fix would be to retroactively award the Distant Shore trophy any time you enter Ginger Island if the trophy has not been obtained yet.

I can confirm that playing a new save up to ginger island or a prior save unlocks A distant shore trophy
