Trash bear, what is this?

Hi JenLS and welcome to the forums! That picture isn't from the base game, so I'm assuming a mod. What mods do you have installed? Could be a new recipe of a reskin of an existing one. Looks like jam on toast though could be a whole heart-and-potato dish. So many possibilities!
Edit: I poked around a bunch but still didn't find it in popular expansions like SVE and many of the food mods. I hope you find it soon!

I’m not sure if you ever figured this out but it’s Cheesy Jelly Toast. You get the recipe from Eloise.

Thanks for the update! To help the algorithm should someone look this up again, Eloise and the Cheesy Jelly Toast recipe are from the East Scarp mod.
