Windows Transferring Save From Xbox Game Pass (PC) to Steam (PC) with Co-op

Hello,
I started a co-op world on Xbox Game Pass but bought the game on Steam. My friend, started playing on Xbox Game Pass and wants to switch to playing on Steam but does not want to restart the profile. I know there's a way to transfer saves for the host, but does it work for co-op members?

While this is not an answer sadly, I have the same issue, so would like this post to get more traction. I am in a coop world where my friend has hosted it and I am playing through Xbox game pass, but he is through steam. I bought the game on steam and want to play there too. Is there a way to transfer my multiplayer data to steam so I can launch my steam version and pick my character from Xbox? I don’t want to lose my progress.
