Android Touch screen chrome book working like a mobile device (I want it to act like a laptop)

Hello! So I had downloaded SDV on my chrome book thinking it would act like a normal laptop, oh was I wrong ;w;. When I started playing the game it was behaving like a phone, ipad, etc. Is there anyway I could fix this?
