Here are some of the best tips that I discovered and thought I could share...

Build a chest early, keep at least one of every item you find.
backpack upgrade ASAP, bigger inventory
conserve energy
JOJA is more expensive then Pierre's
expensive seeds make more valuable crops, by more and better seeds
plant early in the season, grow crops that re-harvest
shake berry bushes
forage on beach
dig up the worm looking things, they are sometimes artifact spots
don't clear all of your grass, it regrows for animals
silo before coop, you need to be able to feed your animals
fish, it gets easier don't worry.

Cool! Just one thing - Joja can be cheaper than Pierre's, in the early game where you need the best prices for crops and such it's a good idea to check both shops. Barely a few steps from each other and is totally worth it!

Yes, for sunflowers... and literally ONLY sunflowers. Everything else, and again, I do mean literally everything else, is cheaper at Pierre's.
