Most folks in the "I just don't care about you" tier I literally forget exist in the game as I'm playing because I rarely talk to them. I was shocked when I found out Harvey was a marriage candidate because he's so forgettable to me
I also love that this template had a "Joja quality" tier; it's perfect for Morris and those similar to him. I'm pretty sure my distaste for Haley and Alex stems from my youth and never getting along with the preppy/jock types, but I do like their character progression so don't come for me!
I've said it before and I'll say it again: everyone in the game has at least one redeeming quality, even those who are Joja quality, and that redeeming quality could be something as vain as "I like Morris's bow tie," or "the governor has good taste in the color purple."
