Rasmodius has dialog in most Festivals where he's normally inaccessible. It's a pretty cool dev who makes easter eggs knowing people will mod the game to find things that should be out of bounds! I think the skeletons in Marlon's cage at the Spirit's Eve Festival also have simple dialog.

Yup, and its really fun to find. Also the chat easter eggs, though I've never tried to get those. Didn't know about the skeletons!

I once actually got this dialog in the tower. I was at low hearts with him and entered after midnight to give him a gift by means of the warp tile in the witch's hut.

Bro, I feel your pain deeply. Using noteclip mods can help, but you can also find what he says online; he typically does have dialogue. Seeing that little word bubble pop up drives me up a wall. I need to know what every NPC has to say about every given festival, or I'll die.

skeletons have no dialogue, but i no clipped using loading zones and found this during the spirits eve:

• The Wizard: "The affairs of mundane folk matter little to me, but the elementals like a chance to see you up close; it was for them that I created this silly maze."
• Linus: "Good show, old friend."

I think it's quite obvious. An infinite amount of hay, since I'm not sure if there's a limit to how many stacks you can buy from her in one day, apart from the space in your backpack and how much time it takes you to go back and forth to shove it into one of your chests.
